1-1 Personal Training Prices

Choose a payment option that suits you! 

There are three ways to pay for your personal training - single sessions, blocks of 10 or subscription. Find out more about these below. And if you're still not sure, get in contact and i'll advice which I think is best for you. 

( ) - brackets show equivalent 'per session' price

There is a 24hr cancellation policy on all sessions. Cancellations made within that time will be counted.

Single sessions (anytime)

The best option if you just want to try it out, or you can't commit to training regularly right now.

10 block of sessions (anytime)

Perfect if you're ready to commit, but need some flexibility to miss the odd week here and there for work trips, holidays etc. 10 session blocks are to be used within a 3 month period, unless agreed otherwise in advance. This is the most popular training option.

Monthly subscription (off-peak)

This one's for you if you're all in, ready to show up to training each week for at least 3 months. 

Monthly subscriptions are a direct debit, with a minimum 3 months duration, after which they become a rolling contract which can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. If you need to miss a week no stress - we'll simply make it up by training an extra time another week. 

This option is only available for off-peak training times, between 9am-4pm. The subscription offers the best value (lowest per session rates).

At home, outdoors or in-studio

You'll notice there are different prices shown for different locations. At home or outdoor training is the lowest cost option, and it covers the widest number of locations - see the full list here!

 

I offer training in two private gym spaces across East London; Stoke Newington and Shoreditch. Each one has a different rental cost which is reflected in the price. Read more about the different locations here
