1-1 Personal Training Prices
Choose a payment option and location that suits you!
There are three ways to pay for your personal training - single sessions, blocks of sessions or subscription.
I offer training in two private gym spaces across East London; Stoke Newington and Shoreditch.
Each one has a different rental cost which is reflected in the price. Read more about the different locations here.

Trial Session
See if you like it before committing!
Only £49 Stoke Newington / £55 Shoreditch

There is a 24hr cancellation policy on all sessions. Cancellations made within that time will be counted.
Single sessions (anytime)
Start with a discounted trial session to see if you like it. Then if you need a few more single sessions before committing this is your best option!

Block of sessions (anytime) - Most popular
Save money with blocks of 5 or 10 sessions. Perfect if you're ready to commit, but need some flexibility to miss the odd week here and there for work trips, holidays etc.
10 session blocks are to be used within a 3 month period, and 5 sessions within a 2 month period, unless agreed otherwise before purchasing. This is the most popular training option.

Monthly subscription (off-peak) - Best value
This one's for you if you're all in, ready to show up to training each week for at least 3 months.
Monthly subscriptions are a direct debit, with a minimum 3 months duration, after which they become a rolling contract which can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. If you need to miss a week no stress - we'll simply make it up by training an extra time another week.
This option is best suited to off-peak training times, between 9am-4pm. The subscription offers the best value (lowest per session rates). Missed sessions must be used by the end of the following month.​​
