What we specialise in
We specialise in Strength Training for Beginner and Intermediate level. If you’ve never lifted a weight before, or you’ve been going to the gym for a while but are lacking structure or need more accountability to stay on track and hit your PR goals, get in touch to find out how we can help.
We will train from a fully equipped studio gym space in Stoke Newington or Dalston. This is perfect for those who don't have a gym membership, or feel intimidated or overwhelmed by busy commercial gyms and would prefer a more private training experience. Learn correct form and build your confidence with lifting weights within a safe and comfortable environment.
We are pre-and-post natal trained, and work with many women who are peri-menopausal or menopausal. We also work with a number of male clients looking to build strength. With my level 3 qualification in nutrition for exercise, we can offer support and guidance with optimising how you fuel your training – whether you are looking to lose body fat or just want to feel healthier.​​​
