STEP 2 - Consultation call
This is a 30min video call to discuss your exercise history, lifestyle and goals and a chance for you to ask any questions you might have about personal training in East London or online. I'll give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about which training option is best for you.
STEP 3 - Onboarding
If you choose to sign up for personal training in person in East London, there will be a couple of quick and easy form to complete for health and safety. Once everything is in place training can commence!
STEP 4 - Training begins
In session 1 a short physical assessment will take place to assess your movement patterns and current abilities (nothing too taxing don't worry!), and then it's straight into session 1 of your bespoke workout plan!
