Whether it’s your first time setting foot in the gym, or you’ve been going for a while and want to step up your strength goals, get in touch to find out how we can help.

​Train in our fully-equipped studio gym space in Hackney Central. This is perfect for those who don't have a gym membership, or feel intimidated or overwhelmed by busy commercial gyms. We offer a safe and comfortable environment where you'll be able to learn correct form and build your confidence with lifting weights. Our aim is to make you feel supported whilst pushing you to achieve more than you might have thought you were capable of.

We also offer the option to train from the comfort of your own home in Hackney. If you're based in Dalston, Lower Clapton or London Fields, one of our experienced trainers can come to you for your personal training session at home.

 

​We are pre-and-post natal trained, and also work with many women who are peri-menopausal or menopausal. We also work with a number of male clients looking to build strength or muscle.
