Online Coaching FAQs
How does communication with my trainer work?
You'll be in regular contact through the app between check-ins, so you can ask questions, flag how a session felt, or request tweaks to your programme as you go.
Do I need gym access or equipment to follow the programme?
Not necessarily — your programme is built around whatever equipment you do have, whether that's a fully-equipped gym, a few home weights, or bodyweight only. During your consultation we can recommend what we think you'll need.
How does the programme change over time?
Your programme is reviewed and updated every 4–6 weeks based on your progress, so training stays challenging and aligned with your goals rather than staying static.
Is online coaching suitable for complete beginners?
It works best for people with some existing gym confidence, since you'll be training independently. If you're brand new to lifting, we'd usually recommend starting with in-person or hybrid coaching first to build solid form however that's not always necessary. The best option is to speak to us and we can make a recommendation based on what we think is most suitable for you.
