Personal Training in Dalston E8

There are lots of great options for personal training in Dalston E8. Popular outdoor locations are within easy reach, including Hackney Downs and London Fields.

 

If your building has it's own gym I am more than happy to come there for your training sessions. This is a popular option for residents of Dalston Square. There is also the option to train within a private gym pod, in central Dalston.

How much space do I need to train with a personal trainer at home?

To train with a personal trainer at home you don’t need much space at all! In fact, if you have space to put a yoga mat down, then that’s usually enough space to workout in. This means small flats work perfectly well.

Will it disturb my neighbours?

All sessions can be adapted to the space and location. So if you are in a first or second floor flat in and don’t want to disturb downstairs, we can ensure workouts are low impact to minimise any disruption.

Still unsure if home is the right location?

There’s always the option to mix it up locations. We could start at with personal training at home one week, then try the park next week. Then when you feel ready could choose to move it into the gym! I will always try to be as flexible as possible to make sessions relaxed and enjoyable 😊
