Personal Training in E9: Hackney Central, Homerton, Hackney Marshes, Victoria Park

E9 is home to a number of lovely well know parks, such as Hackney Marshes, Well Street Common and Victoria Park. But there are also lots of smaller green space to train from, such as Homerton Grove, Well Street Common, Mabley Green or Daubeney Fields. So there's plenty of choice for a nature filled outdoor session.


I travel to all clients chosen location on my bicycle, so if you prefer to train in your home then that's an excellent option too, and a great time saver as you don't have to travel.

What are the benefits of outdoor/at home training?
